Dear President Trump,
We need your Help! I've been railroaded by the court. It's not just about my mother and I, it's about every American. The video below explains:
It All Started Because I Stood Up For The Constitution / Bill of Rights
1. It commenced when the bank asked my mother what she was doing with the $10k she was withdrawing. I'm the Trustee and POA of mother's trust. The bank knew that. I told them, according to the 4th Amendment, it's none of their business. As we waited over 3 hours to get the withdrawal I said to the bank manager that you act like you own my mother's money. The bank manager was on a vendetta thereafter to teach me a lesson, thus contacted the police. All Ego-Driven.
2. When the police called me I asked him if he knew what the 4th Amendment said, and he said, "I'm not going there," as if the Constitution was a dangerous, dirty word. He didn't know what it said, thus didn't like that I asked him, hence, thereafter, he was going to teach me a lesson. All Ego-Driven.
His police report stated that my mother had dementia and I was taking advantage of a vulnerable adult. This was the whole basis for his complaint. When we saw his claim, we scheduled a doctor's appointment for my mother with her doctor of 20 years. It's below:
3. The police officer filed a complaint that was not signed, not dated, not affirmed to this day. He listed five witnesses on the complaint including my mother, brother and sister, himself (officer) and a social worker. Outside of my mother, who was withdrawing money from her accounts, the other four witnesses were not present, thus were no-fact-witnesses. Completely manufactured.
My family members were not aware that they were listed as witnesses on the unsigned complaint. He has my mother listed as the 'Complainant / Victim' and he the officer as the complaining witness even though he was not there to witness my mother taking money out of her accounts. The only complaint my mother filed, literally, was a complaint against, he, the police officer, five months before the officer's complaint was filed against me. I filed a separate complaint against him with her, which was why he was so adamant about teaching me a lesson. The second image below has 'Mother' and 'Son' therein because the image was taken from a book I have written about this unbelievable experience that serves as the perfect case study of what the average American is up against in these courts. The book is designed to get Americans to read the Constitution, understand it, and exercise their rights.
4. I was NOT SERVED, thus did not get the standard 30 days to respond to the complaint. I've asked the court to send me proof of service and they have not because they have no proof.
5. I was accused of a capital crime without an indictment of a grand jury to see if the complaint had merit, thus I was completely denied due process.
6. I sent various documents to the judge and police to put in the record, including a notarized affidavit (outlining all of my constitutional rights they violated) and a 41 page summary judgement, which included the letter from my mother's doctor that states she is in good health, thus does not have dementia, and a notarized affidavit from my mother stating everything they are proposing is fraud.
The judge sends them back after sending me a letter saying because of ex parte laws in Cannon 3 of the Michigan Code of Judicial Conduct he cannot read what I send to him. This is a perfect example of stepping on the Supreme Law of The Land, which they took an OATH to uphold, to adhere to secondary statutory and corporate laws as that code was created by a bunch of lawyers and judges, thus goes directly against Article 1; Section 1--"All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States..." and even if the legislature creates an unconstitutional law it's null and void.
7. The police officer got 4 different search warrants without 'probable cause', thus NO 'firsthand knowledge', hence illegal search warrants to search my mother's banks and the places we use for investments. The biggest investment my mom wanted to do was gold and silver, which has gone up almost 700%, thus I did my job. Just like you do your job and face adversity for doing it.
It's complete RAILROADING, and to go into their private, Dunn and Bradstreet, tyrannical courts, it will be continued railroading. As Trustee, the trust allows me to use the money in the trust if the Trustee is attacked, but I am not going to do that because courts love sucking up all of the citizen's money at which time my mother will have nothing to live on.
I'm being attacked because I'm standing up for my mother and I's Constitutional rights, and if I go to court the judicial tyranny is not going to all of a sudden stop. Chances are the judge is going to do whatever he wants even if I bring the Constitution into the court by filing Constitutional Motions before entering. If I get a British Accredited Registry (B.A.R.) licensed attorney, he is going to go along with the court for fear of losing his license.
They're all on the same team just as the democrats, the media, the courts, the establishment, etcetera, have been all on the same team against you / America. Until recently the court has shifted gears, as they always keep the big picture in mind, and can see that the tide has shifted in your direction, thus they are jumping ship to join you now because it's all about protecting themselves, so it seems.
We Need Your Help President Trump. This is outright evil. They have stolen 3.5 years of me supporting my mother as my brother and his family won't come to see my mother and my sister lives three hours away and stops by occasionally. My mom will be 90 this month. It's like I'm the only one there to support her and they have kicked me out so she has no real physical support although we talk on the phone.
I have stood for you because you have stood for God and country for a decade. I've been banging the drum online while completely censored for doing so. I've lost my living online because of the censorship. I've made 2 movies promoting you and your Constitutional principles. The movies have been on Direct TV, Fawesome TV, Stash TV, Truth +, Rumble Pay Per View, and others. I've given my life and my chance of having a life for all of this cause it's worthy.
